A facility management company in Victoria Island, Lagos is currently looking to hire the following:

1. HVAC Technician
Duties: Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

2. Plumber
Duties: Repairs the pipes, fittings, heating systems, and handles backwash, swimming pool maintenance, and sewage works.

3. Electrician
Duties: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment in the building.

4. Electronics technician and board repair
Duties: Recognize, inspect, test, and repair electrical components on circuit boards. In addition to analyzing the needs of each job and performing necessary maintenance.

5. Façade technician
Duties: Interior and exterior facade cleaning, Pressure washing, and other assigned jobs.


Salary Range: N80,000- N100,000 with HMO
Requirement: 2-5 years working experience in the same field with a minimum of a trade certification.
