What really qualifies Mohammed as a Prophet of God that makes him claimed to be the last Prophet and the best human?

All through the scriptures, something's always qualifies the Prophet of old, Melchizedek, Moses, David, Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah etc.

Your first mistake is confusing Allah of the Muslims as being the same God as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Same way Zeus is not the God of Israel, and the God of Israel did not send Hercules to present him, the Allah of the Muslims is removed from the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Once you have that foundational understanding well in place, you will then realize the error in your thinking.

Excluding Melchizedek (a priest) all the others you mentioned were recognized as PROPHETS in the Bible.

Instead of asking if Muhammad is a prophet why not first ask what qualifies Moses, David, Elijah and Elisha as prophets afterwards you can later try to see how Muhammad fits into the list.

PROPHETS are humans assigned by a deity to do things that will help adherents of the deity in doing the will of the deity.
PRIESTS are humans chosen by a deity to officiate in the temples/shrines of the deity.

So in what way did Moses, David, Elijah and others help adherents of the God of Israel in doing the will of that God?

To answer the above question we need to know the will of God then we can now discuss what Moses, David and other prophets did to help worshipers of God in doing God's will.

The Bible God claimed He is the Creator of heaven and earth {Genesis 1:1} His will is that humans should live peacefully as one family in all geographical locations on this planet {Genesis 1:28} but humans rebelled against God and they decided to stay in just one location instead of spreading {Genesis 11:4} so God confused their language and they had no option than to scatter! Genesis 11:6-9

So God's will is to unite all obedient mankind who are willing to reconcile with Him so that they form one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers throughout the earth {Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3} then they a pure language will miraculously come to be their language as they speak in harmony! Zephaniah 3:9

All the prophets from Moses to Jesus of Nazareth were working towards this arrangement that's why all the Israelites prophets keep directing attention to the prophet who will serve as the Prince to bring world Peace without forcing anyone with weapons! Isaiah 9:6

That is what Jesus established when he ordered his disciples to go and make disciples of all the people so that whoever accepted Jesus' wise counsel may become a member of the global family of peace loving worshipers! Matthew 28:19-20; Act 1:8

Jesus' disciples are to be cautious in everything they do like serpents and they must be as harmless as doves {Matthew 10:16} they are to see everyone around them as prospective citizen under the Prince of Peace so they must not wish evil against anyone even if the person wish them evil! Matthew 5:43-48; Luke 6:27


Now in what way did Muhammad fit into this setting?
