Court Issues Order Restraining NLC, TUC From Further Strike In Imo by nairalandkachy1: 9:31pm On Nov 04, 2023
The National Industrial Court sitting in Owerri has issued an interim injunction restraining the organised labour from embarking on any kind of strike in Imo State until further notice.

The court warned against the disobedience of its order, saying that it would attract consequences.

Justice Nelson Ogbuanya gave the order on Friday, October 3 after hearing the submissions of counsels to both parties that they were yet to reach a settlement on their dispute.

Oga shut up.

You keep reposting this crap everywhere.

The President of a country's Labour Union is not just "any man". In some countries, some of them unseat presidents if you know your history. Don't just sit down in your hut in ogbomosho with your smelly armpits typing nonsense.

Simples. The rest of the 'two fighting' between Labour Party and the ruling APC in Imo state should move to the courts instead of Labour Party, hiding under its militant arm of NLC, to punish innocent people. Check my signature for free stuffs!

Wild jubilation going on in Imo state. I'm now convinced the APC owns imo state.

All streets, roads in Imo filled with jubilation.

November 11 is a walk over for uzodinma.

May God bless our judiciary the last hope of the common man.

Any attempt by INEC, LP, PDP to rig the imo election, we will resist it.

INEC must be fair to all and let Ndi Imo votes count.

Didn't Buhari, the president of the country, also declare support for thiefnubuu? Your brain dey shake. So he shouldn't support a candidate of his choice because he's NLC president? Most of you APC minions are too low on I.Q points FR.

From the capital letter in front of the word, one can already tell that it was auto-correct that helped you spell "hypocrite" correctly. If not, you for disgrace your lineage like the true alawakuba yoot that you are.

There's no need to even try making sense of how Ajaero is a hypocrite because if you can't spell the word, na the definition you go know?

. A country 's Labour union?

There is no such thing and that is not what the NLC is

Take some time to do some research on the subject
The ideas that a majority or significant number of nations have a national Labour union or that that is what the. NLC is are intuitive but FALSE

Useless courts!
Where were the courts when hope uzodinma refuse to pay the workers? Seize their gratuity and pension and even remove over 1000 workers from the state pay roll?
Until Labour move for a bill to hold state governments accountable to workers salaries, then we never start.
If you refuse to pay workers at the end of the month, you will be jailed as governor....

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚when NLC had a chance to make a statement during the first few weeks of subsidy removal they opted to smile with those they were supposed to check. See how useless they have reduced NLC.

That same court has not heard of the number of months these workers are being owed? Abi dem no fit issue order say make dem pay dem?

Imo people should resist rigging & refuse to be bought by the APC. They should ensure APC doesn’t win in the state. Any other party can win. I think at this point PDP & LP should explore an option of sponsoring one candidate to ensure APC is defeated. No court will give any of them victory once APC rigs their candidate in.
