I don’t see Tinubu’s administration as one that will jail people right and left to make more unnecessary enemies but I’m sure he will make them vomit those FX or worse, make an arrangement with them where they future FX earnings will go to the system.

For example, An arrangement with Dangote that he either pay back now OR make sure his refinery gives 80% of his refined products to Nigeria while paying back over time is a great deal for the economy in my opinion.

The normal dangote I know will probably give Nigeria economy less than 20% of his refined produce, he will aim to export everything if possible.
