Ilorin is worst apart from the fact that it's a peaceful state. Imagine a state where graduates of 3 children still earns 30k monthly and not complaining. If not for students that dominate the state, trust me ilorin for dey useless.

Is not about being a rich man son. I can't remember or recall where I saw well. We force shell to give us(community) water. It wasn't easy but we succeeded, and it has been running for over 10yrs. Before now, we use the river.

In the town, the ministry of water resources/water board isn't working, so well meaning individuals sink personal (borehole) tap. While some sell, few give out freely.

It'sactually the Government responsibility to provide portable water, but this is Nigeria!
