This is a big shame....our votes no longer counts, they judiciary has embarked on serial democratic coup but the day the evil they cooked will befall this nation,in the words of the tyrant Buhari 'both the baboons and the dogs will be soaked in blood'.
Re: Plateau Reps: Beni Lar, Musa Bagos React To Sack By Appeal Court by Pravedk: 8:00pm On Nov 08, 2023
It's unfortunate because these two Rep member are the most liked Rep members from Plateau State. In fact the other Rep member made history as the only Rep member in Nigeria to score the number of votes ever recorded by a rep member in Nigeria.

Facts.

Wow! This is unfair to the voters. Unfortunately, PDP created so much room for losses in the last elections. A divided house can not stand.

APC using the courts to carry out a civilian coup. They will now ask the courts to add a little here and there so that the simple minded will say can't you see that they also upturn our own too.

Our Politicians and Nigerian States:
You see what is happening now-
How Atiku and P .Obi - were holding Press Conferences at different times and lecturing Nigerians on- why and how, they should have been declared as Winners or the President- after the Supreme Court Judgements, instead of congratulations to the winner?
So,you see the same patterns of how even the Legislatures above, in Plateau and their paid -Social Media Agents, the Footsoldiers claimed to be demonstrating on the Hon. Justices decisions that failed to affirm them, but they failed to briefly tell the gaulibles - why those decisions are like that!
1- they failed to tell the Masses the Truth - that an earlier judgements by these Hon.Justices, were not followed- when they were told to go back and conduct Elections to rectify abnormalities discovered in their different Councils, but like many Nigerian Politicians, they failed to follow the Instructions, then came back for another Elections, thinking the Justices would have forgotten, hence you can't build on wrong Foundations!
See how they weep up emotions and sentiments from their Different Constituencies?
This is what Atiku and Obi is laying as foundations - for we were once told that Supreme Court is final say- so why Press Conferences,so that you distort the Judgements and if your are now your Own Lawyers, why did you ask Others to be Your Lawyers to represent you in the Courts and is going to hurt them in the future because -you doing have faith in Nigerian Judiciary! That is the Summary!
This is same pattern that the Jos candidates are following,as you can see -disputing the 3- Man- Appeal Court Judgements, because Atiku and Obi have laid these precedents of calling Press Conferences! Other Politicians will soon followed!
Remember, these Politicians are laying landmines, that would eventually be devastating and might consume them in Future, because they want it their Own ways and they don't need the Courts! It's tantamount to anarchy!
Don't start what you can finished '
An observation on Records! You cannot argue with the Truth!

I hope the gubernatorial candidate of APC also approached the tribunal. From the Judgement do far, it appears there will be a rout like what happened in Zamfara state in 2019.

Next time, the party hierarchy will play the game the appropriate way

Yes, his victory was contested. The party had no structure B4 primaries, party excos were divided into various camps and a subsisting court ruling was given which was not obeyed. The house was not in order

The peoples votes no longer counts but technicalities in court wins elections

That's why all parties should know their electoral law and train their party agents accordingly. You run elections while at the same time documenting everything against a possible election petition.

Some parties went into this election with insufficient and badly trained agents. They only set up their legal teams only after the results were out.

Many of them have short memory. Or, in Bayelsa state where APC governor was stopped a day before the swearing in ceremony just because of the discrepancies in the names of the deputy governor

Just a few sentences, yet, you can't read and understand what it means.
If you still don't know the difference btwn appeal court and supreme, then, its quite unfortunate.
