INEC is a major major obstacle to Nigeria progress, it seems INEC duty is just to conduct political rigging competition for politicians ,announce the winner and give them the results to go and challenge themselves in the court room . If INEC gets its acts right , there will be less election results cases to challenge in courts or at tribunal.
