ur thinking is very shallow can't you see their demand is for personal interest, you want the country close down cus some thugs attacks you

Your Tinubu made it, the so-called personal issue, a national issue when they attacked, brutalized and battered the President of the NLC.

He was not only in IMO as a person but as a President of the NLC on the assignment of the union.

There must be consequences for the government's action and we must prevent a repeat of such assault on our labor leaders.

I am not a lover or associate of Ajaero but I will defend NLC or TUC in this situation.

some of you just like to talk but not well informed. NNPC is on strike, FG revenue generating agencies are on strike. FG has a lot to lose than those companies. Do those company CEOs buy need money for private yacht? Do they need money for jumping abroad every week? The strike will hurt tinubu and the political class because they will have to double their efforts in borrowing to meet up so as not to provoke the electorate if they are not able to pay salary. Tinubu will have lesser free money to use for briibing judges, renovating his house or changing cars. As for those companies they were already losing money since tinubu dollar policy. It was only tinubu that gained through the dollar policy because he had 1.9 trillion naira to share in one month instead of the former 700 billion naira. That was because the new naira rate was used to convert Nigeria earnings. Though you are defending him only because he is from your tribe, but he is under pressure as long as NNPC is on strike

There is no strike anywhere. You can see Ajaero and his friends forcing people out of their offices on almost all TV stations.
Employees are not interested in Ajero’s strike but they are being forced to leave their duty post because Ajaero went into politics and he got his rightful reward.

Dont mind all these triba.l centiment supporters that will not think before they begin their argument just to back their tribal men. If the strike had no impact, Ribadu will not be pushed to come out and beg and apologise. Most of this nuisance here dont understand what losing a single working day means to the economy of the country. They will just sip garri and jump on nairaland to support politicians without understanding the implications grin Ewo see this https://www.nairaland.com/7911623/organised-labour-shut-down-national

This looks like a personal conflicting issues between the NLC and "Imo State Government" ... Not the whole country....
The strike would have been better to hold only in IMO state....

The foolish thing is in Nigeria o!
You call out the Workers to Strike due to your beating in Imo State, yet Imo State Workers are going to work and are celebrating with the Governor for winning the State, while other Workers are Striking in other States for Ajaero!
Is that not foolishness?

So it is all about a man who refused to see why he was made the president of the Union but sees himself as a candidate of the Labour party.
So sad!!!

Tinubu must to get sense by fire by force. Let the stupid zombies continue to hail, aid and abet him but we with good sense and living conscience must continue to speak out against what his wrong and evil. APC is the face of evil, beautiful outwards but deceitful and devilish inside.

Which faction of the NLC?

Ajaero is from Owerri Zone wants to be Governor of Imo State and that's why he has been trying to sabotage Uzodinma. Now that Uzodinma has said Owerri Zone will produce the next Governor Owerri zone rallied behind Uzodinma.
Now, Ajaero knows he's out of the equation, and he's throwing tantrums.

In the next few weeks, the NLC will be divided and the short end of the stick given to Ajaero. He can be competing with Simon Ekpa on who can destroy economy most, but he should sha not let Hope Uzodinma catch him. grin

Ajaero own will not be a sin, Oshomole fought Obasanjo government and also join opposition in the fight, he came down from NLC leadership and contested as governor in Edo state and spent 8 years. So if Ajaero also nurse the ambition of becoming a governor he leant it from Oshomole, those of you talking now, did you condemn Oshomole then, all of you should keep quiet.
