A Nigerian pop star, Oladipupo Olabode Oladimenji, more popular as Oladips, has died.

According to a statement posted on his Instagram page, he passed away at exactly 10:14 pm on Tuesday night, .ng reports.

In the late hours of yesterday, videos made the rounds on social media of the Lalakukulala crooner seeming to have collapsed as his friends surrounded him.

Before the video started to circulate, Oladips had taken to his Instagram stories to cry out for help.

In the post, he mentioned one of his friends, @onlyonelifetime, and asked where he was. The rapper complained about how he had tried to reach the friend on the phone several times and how they knew he didn’t like to be left alone in the house, especially with his condition.

Oladips’ body is now with his family, and funeral plans will be announced shortly.

Rest in peace.

But this report is obviously arranged to conceal something.

What kind of help did he cry out for?

What is that challenge that made it dangerous to leave him alone in his house?

What is that battle he kept for himself alone?

I tire oo.

Being okay is not okay anymore. We see people's perfect lives on social media and we want to copy or outdo. There is so much pressure to be successful we do not even care if it will cost our lives. Contentment is not even preached anymore. If I lie go to any of these churches on Sunday. No one wants to associate with your struggling self. To them you have nothing to offer. The world is now crazy man!
