God, let this strike take turnaround and enter into another Endsars II in order to get to those holding the country down. Brain reset is necessary for those who think they're sacred cows

Injunction was granted by National Industrial Cout.

This is Federal High Court.

Court is court

All are still the same judiciary

Why are headless mob led by the short devil Ajaero trying to force union to join his greedy fight?. if a leader truly had earned the respect of his followers, you do not need to force yourself down their throat.
Two things are certain; if state chairmen are hellbent at picketing unwilling members, dem go collect beating llke Ajaero. secondly, all these union wey no dey go work because Ajaero don lose one eye, na to go meet Ajaero to pay dem salary. No work no pay remain sancrosant.

You did not say this during oshiomolw-led nlc strike. You didn't say this during subsidy strike of 2012. Do you kmow why you didn't say anything? Because people in powers now sponsored strike action then.

You are actually the one whose ego is high up.

Listen, I understand the distinction you are trying to make but the truth is that the National industrial court and High court is the same judiciary institution

The National judicial council makes recommendation for the appointment judges into both the national industrial court and the High court

i know that you know you are wrong, but the problem is your ego.

The topic is not about appointment of judges, which is a completely different issue. And no, NIC and Federal High Court do not have the same jurisdiction. NIC focuses solely on labour issues. FHC focuses on issues which involve items on exclusive list. They are not and can never be the same. If you file labour issue in FHC it will be thrown out for lack of jurisdiction.

Like many people on NL, you did not read but rushed to comment. You were wrong. Calm down and learn.

Go ahead and ground the economy bcoz Ajaero's yellow face was panel beated and let's see if it's Tinubu that would suffer.

Thunder fire Ajaero and Usifo if they call off this strike in the next one month. If they do, then they're bastards.

What are they passing through?

It's a self serving strike bcoz Ajaero got the beating of his life.

Be reminded that NLC under Ajaero would be factionalized and polarized. After all Ajaero used to be the president of United Labour Congress (ULC).

You sound like a thug. Read the article If you can read..... The different unions met and AGREED to go on strike because they agreed with the need for the strike. The economy is in tatters. People are suffering daily. Ajaero joined a solidarity protest in Owerri and some thugs in uniform beat him up because Nigeria is a lawless nation where miscreants like you can come to a public forum and err shameless opinions. It's people like you that would have sent those thugs to beat Ajaero. If this is not checked, From beating it will turn to kidnapping, illegal arrests and possibly assassination of anybody who is not a psycophant.
