This has been the subject of heated debates for many years now. The debate, of course, arises from the topic of supposed methods that can be used to exploit, and ultimately end terrorism. The letter is very well phrased in terms of the syntax used for inference about nation states. Is there a solution for ending this proprietary insecurity mechanism call terrorism, or are any such exploit solutions currently impossible? Instead of proffering an answer to satisfy one prong or the other, I'll make a brief outline of concrete and easily verifiable facts, in order to hash out a scenario rich with logic and common sense rationale, devoid of any ambiguity, and allow the reader to decide one way or the other about the world politics.

You condemned HAMAS,very applaudable.
Let them release every hostage and stop firing rockets into Isreal.
Those are the pre conditions for a ceasefire by the isreali prime minister.
Because the Truth is that HAMAS never meant well for isreal and you don't expect them not to retaliate.
You can only imagine how much fatalities over 10000 unguided missiles fired into Isreal from GAZA would have done.
Isreal is only standing today because of it's better defense mechanisms and superior military might.
Isreal would have been desolate now going by HAMAS true intentions.
They should stop playing the victim card but take practical steps to resolve the issue.
It's only true and much deserved peace that can bring prosperity to Palestine.
