I went back to the car, cut some sheets of paper from my Notebook and went to the back of the club kitchen.
Just like in my primary school days, I spread the leaflet and dropped what is disturbing my stomach, when I finished, I threw the damn poor into the ditch.

I was so happy that day, I was caught in Abuja traffic Jam

So you want to build public toilets? Or enforce a strict ban on such things

There is a simple solution for this....Bring in portable toilets or have businesses and industries create them....put them in all of our major areas...mandate taxes to be collected by businesses which increases IGR and use the funds to pay worker and companies to dispose them daily. There are vans and trucs for these disposals. You create jobs and provide clean environment. The alternative...mandate all businesses to provide toilets and bathrooms...that will be so so so hard to implement. That is mandatory in sane countries
