how on earth can having phones make you digitally enhanced?
instead of giving them an entrepreneurial training (learn a trade) and the phone as addition
digital economy and commerce space does not run on dataless phones, will he guarantee their data consumption before they can stand to make money with the phones?
surely, many of these phones will be sold at cheap rates and the money lavished
these so called shallow thinking lazy leaders are the bane of 9ja's deep shiiitt
