Except President Goodluck Johnathan, tell me among both past and present politicians (President) of different party, who gladly accept defeat and congratulate the incoming president. When elections are held fairly, you don't need to go to court. In Nigeria, election are rather held in courts and the electoral empire is a just a witness rather than the reverse role.
