Hmmm, it's unfortunate that people have to lose their houses for building them on water drainages and canal way.

What pains me most is that the government agency responsible for protecting these setbacks will see the houses being built and will not stop the developers. Millions will be spent and tenants after paying huge rents ,agency and agreement fees, move in and then government will wake one day to render resources waste and tenants homeless. Just look at people's properties, children, aged etc in the streets. If this is not wickedness, what will you call it?
