If something is not done urgently to standardize Nigerian judiciary.... They're going to cause major crises in this country that will bring an end to democracy....let FG continue to use them with impunity...soon their cup will fill ..then they'll realize that even that power won't save them.

Justice is based on provable evidence not sentiments. This is not about bribes. Once a step is missed in the electoral process, it renders the subsequent events a nullity. Zamfara case comes to mind.

Henceforth, the parties should abide by the processes required under the law and their party rules, during the nomination of their candidates.

This is a different case, in Zamfara, one of their party members took them to court while in Bayelsa the deputy governor presented forged documents. So they are different senerio

Oga go relax, you suppose know Nigeia no get constitution or you can interpret it based on your religious, ethnic or party alignment.

If you still believe in the Nigeria judiciary, you are just doing yourself chemistry practicals.

I don't know why Nigerians are surprised at the Court decision.

In 2019 general election APC Rivers State had no candidate into all the positions.
Why?
Bcoz Court said APC should conduct fresh Congress election from Ward, LG, to State level.
They went back for the election but it was parallel election bcoz APC then was factionalized.
So, Court didn't accept outcome of either faction.
Here PDP was asked to conduct its Congress election from Ward LG to State level since 2021 but they ignored the Court. Whose fault now? If you're a product of illegality, or product of Court disobedience, you would be punished. Bcoz Court wouldn't allow you to place something on nothing.

Tinubu is truncating the democratically won franchise of the opposition through the corrupted courts. He should allow opposition enjoy her victory too.

The judges have really dishonored their wigs, symbol of sound Judgemental knowledge and fairness. APC is playing a dangerous game. Forcing opposition out of power shows their height of intolerability to opposition. Opposition cannot be weakened so badly. Its too dangerous. Nigerians need to rise up else we will witness a totalitarian governance. Opposition keeps a government on her feets. PDP have now been so weakened so much so that they think is a fallout of internal crisis. They no longer criticise the wrongs of the government in power.

Meaning LP and PDP also criminally won in places they are declared winner.

You don't do selective justice. The law is the law whether it affects APC PDP LP APGA NNPP ADC.....etc

Well said....sorry to say, but a lot of Nigerians are just "educated illetrates" that are just like sheeps without brain. Too sentimental and hypocritical when analysing or viewing issues. Especially this politics, it is rule of law when it favours beneficiary but illegal or corrupt when it doesn't favour...haba

In the case of Rivers state APC members took their party to court

But in plateau state, APC is now taking PDP to court and getting favourable judgement over PDP's internal party affairs.

How is that the business of APC that PDP didn't conduct it's ward, local and state congress. Is the APC not a meddlesome interloper over this case. Is The APC not doing busy body over this case.

This is the angle why people are angry on the judiciary
