Hello Fellow Nigerian, i am having a business dispute with an American and all my effort in getting a lawyer in the state to file a case from US never workout therefore, can anyone tell me how to go about this, is it possible for me to file the case against him from Nigeria or how do i do please?

Although you can try to sue, I don't think it's worth the hassle. Consider whether the amount or the value of your loss is worth spending money to litigate the issue.

I'd advise you to use a form of alternative dispute resolution to attempt to resolve the issue, as opposed to a lawsuit.

Furthermore, if the actions of the company is criminal (fraud), and you report the case to the U.S government, they will probably attempt to pursue the case.
