Oh well, I have been trying since two days now to recharge my meter and the tokens I generated from POS and online vendors isn't going through. For the past two days I have been without electricity supply.
I have been following comments of complaints on IKEDC social media handles and no solution at all.
I was advised by a nairaland member to buy a little token from IKEDC website below which I did using transfer.

After I did, I tried to load. Immediately, my meter was connected and electricity was restored.
I hope it works for others too because I have tried same with my neighbor and it worked too.

Did your units finish before you had this issue or u still had some units left?
Some people have said that once your units completely run out and you lose power,that for it to be restored you have to take go to the IE office and that restoration may take up to a month,because once it enters "code",there is problem

I tried to top up when I had just 5units left. I kept trying till it finished. I kept trying still yet nothing nothing. Not until I was told to buy units from IKEDC website

you're welcome. I tried to top up and it was rejecting the token. I will recharge again when it's completely exhausted.

You can buy from any platform right now and it will work. I did through buypower and Palmpay. The only issue is that all previous tokens you bought before today will not work. Hopefully they do something about them or sayonara to the tokens
