It's exhaustion. Many are working without replenishing their bodies with the lost nutrients/strength required to keep going and living healthy. They can't even afford good food for one month straight due to poor pay and you say they should not slump

If she was a Government school teacher, her death may not be related to work stress because their work load is nothing compared to those of them in Private schools where a teacher would teach upto 4 subjects from Jss1 to SS3 for a peanut pay.
Government should look into the plight of private school teachers who are exploited and enslaved by their fellow Nigerians just because there are no employment opportunities in Nigeria.
In any case,may God rest her soul and comfort her loved ones.

Teaching in a private school is tantamount to cooperate slavery.

Stress management, no matter what you do for a living,try take good care of yourself because life still goes on even if break down.
