I expect every judicial officer to work very hard and also be very honest and courteous to the litigants, witnesses and members of the bar, and discharge all your judicial functions with all the humility at your command.

But judges ain't abiding with the above statement.

I've listened to an interview of a SAN where he was questioned on legal framework and processes, to me it was really confusing but it didn't change the fact that that is how law works, a layman would follow the information he heard, read or believe to be true, the law is not like that; it follows only concrete evidences, it's even best to catch the culprit red-handed if possible, so many sections and subsections that doesn't even make sense to the layman's understanding, this is why someone can kill somebody and if by the law of the country it's not immediate execution the person might end up being alive in prison after he has ended a life or even be absorbed of the crime if substantial evidences were not provided. The judiciary is a good necessary element of the society but it's not Omega as it's limitations to the "meets the eye" is it's downside. Everyone[b] knows the 2023 election was rigged hook line and sinker like robbery in daylight.[/b]

I blame the federal govt for allowing those curse mobs still walking freely and alive by the time the govt sample 3 or 4 of them without touching them and without a trace they will seat up and behave.
