1. Both parties sign DOA and attach copies of their CAC registration certificates.

2. Receiver sends scanner copy of 2% cc across WhatsApp to provider who will confirm the availability of such funds b4 issuing the instrument

3. Provider transmission of the CCC with ATV Letter within few hours. after confirming available of receiver's funds

4. Receiver confirms instrument of CCC with ATV Letter transmitted to his nominated emails (3 ONLY) and immediately WITHIN 2 HOURS pays or transfers the 2% to Provider Account

5. Receiver then issues a post dated cheque and pays balance 4% LTV within MAXIMUM of 5 banking days

6. Failure of Receiver to pay the balance LTV; the INSTRUMENT will be CANCELLED, ALL EMAILS COPIED WIL BE NOTIFIED and initial payment forfeited.
