Stop addressing Edozie Njoku as APGA Nat’l
Chairman, he's an impostor, journalists told

The National Coordinator of the All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA) Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe, has asked journalists to stop addressing Edozie Njoku as the National Chairman of APGA.

Obigwe who stated this in a statement made available to our correspondent on Wednesday, described Njoku as an impostor that must not be addressed as APGA national Chairman.

Stating that there was no justification for any journalist in the country to so address Njoku, Obigwe said APGA had only one National Chairman, Sly Ezeokenwa, a lawyer.

OBIGWE'S STATEMENT READS

There is no justification for journalists to be addressing the impostor Edozie Njoku as APGA national Chairman in their publication of his press releases.

APGA has one indefatigable national Chairman in the person of Barrs Sly Ezeokenwa.

Edozie Njoku remains an impostor that is foolishly ranting in the media.

He is misleading journalists with his claim of having a Court judgment confirming him as APGA national Chairman but that is not true.

The kangaroo judgment of Justice M. A Madugu of FCT High Court has been appealed and it's expected that Justice Madugu will stay further action on the matter but he refused to do that.

The truth is Justice Madugu of FCT High Court has shown manifest bias in his handling of APGA case and this created the impression that he has been compromised by Edozie Njoku.

If you see the way Edozie Njoku is boasting all over the media that he will jail the National Chairman of INEC and Victor ike Oye for not recognising him as APGA national Chairman, you will know that there is something fishy between him and Justice Madugu.

INEC decision not to accord Edozie Njoku the recognition he is desperately seeking to get is honestly commendable.

They know that Edozie Njoku is only feeding on blackmail and that the highest decision of the Court in APGA case is in favour of Barrs Sly Ezeokenwa led leadership of the party.

What Edozie Njoku is trying to do is to use blackmail to arm twist INEC leadership into supporting illegality.

But INEC leadership knows better than him and his cohorts hence their reason for ignoring their threat and blackmail antics.

As at yesterday, the Court of Appeal has granted stay of execution against the contempt of Court proceedings instituted by Edozie Njoku at Justice Madugu High Court.

The timely intervention of the Court of Appeal is commendable because Justice Madugu conduct is portraying him as someone that is already compromised by Edozie Njoku.

I will continue saying that Edozie Njoku is fighting a lost battle because that is what he is doing till date.

He should take his time to count the number of Court judgment he procured from Court of compromised judges and see that they are only serving the purpose of tissue papers in his house.

APGA is waxing strong under the able leadership of Governor Soludo and Barrs Sly Ezeokenwa, the indefatigable national Chairman of the party.

Shame will continue being the portion of the impostor Edozie Njoku and his cohorts because that is what they deserve to get for feeding from blackmail.
