A former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, has described the Nigerian Judiciary as being among the best in the world. He spoke during the public presentation of a book entitled: Save our Constitutional Democracy from Emasculation, written by Prof. Ben Nwabueze at the Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Conference Centre, Abuja yesterday.

Obi recalled how he became governor through the courts, came back from impeachment, as well as secured the tenure interpretation that led to the staggering of elections in the country.

We have a mandate thief who snatched power from the alternative Nigerians chose. PDP messed up was dumped. APC have done far worse and are carefully resisting their rejection. Obi or LP are no saints but it was a slap on the faces of Nigerians for Buhari to forcefully handover to Tinubu after the catastrophic performance of his party. A performance much worse than PDP'a own both Buhari and Tinubu openly condemned in the past.
