I decided to replace my qasa 12 inches rechargeable table fan battery with a 6v 7ah which is much bigger than the 6v 4.5ah followcome.....will it fit in the compartment or has anyone tried it before.

Take your old battery to where you plan to buy a new one and confirm the physical dimensions or measure the battery compartment and compare to the bigger battery you intent buying.

Battery? nothing.

The battery voltage shouldn't be above 6volts no matter what, or it will damage the charging circuit
