True because of technicalities. He wasn't extracted to Nigeria by legal means. His lawyers only need to quote that and all the allegations against him would be thrown out.

The law is blind.

If perhaps yes, would Kanu's release reduce hunger in Nigeria and the yearnings of sane people for good governance? Nnamdi Kanu should not be in jail if not that the executive institution et al have crippled the judiciary. It has no business with Peter Obi and the drive for a better Nigeria.
