I will make comment on few states which I randomly selected. As I said, these states were randomly selected, not on any basis.

Imo state generates ₦19.3b only but allocates ₦34.5b to its Govt House, yet Tinubu is the problem.

Abia state generates ₦20.1b, but allocates ₦27.3b to its Govt House. That’s to say, all the money made in Abia cannot feed their gov, additional 6 billion is required to fed just the gov and his commissioners. Does that sound like parasitism?
Out of ₦12.4b generated in Ebonyi, the gov alone takes ₦10.9b. But all Ebonyi youth will realise their dreams if Tinubu reduces his salary by 50%. Okay oh.

Anambra generates ₦33.9b but allocates ₦25.4b to the Govt House.

Enugu also generates ₦28.7b, out of which the gov uses ₦18.4b to feed, travel and buy clothes. As I type now, the general report is that Tinubu is the reason some people couldn't take breakfast this morning.

Is okay.

Gross darkness across all states.

If there was no oil revenue to share for spending, those States whose IGR is 50% or more of their state house budget have no business being a state.

you skillfully avoided the colossal amount your darling state spends and chose igr to rubbish the SE states forgetting IGR is tied to tax a lot an that tax level is a function of aggressiveness of the govt.

Cross Rivers na like a country on her own.

They even have a government house budget bigger than that of a whole Lagos.

By the way, has anyone seen the actual amount spent? Budget alone won’t give the clearer view of what was spent as we don’t know the actual
Budget performance.

But even for the optics, this ain’t good.

Even for Lagos which people always blame daily, they turned out to be the one that spent the lesser percentage on government house in the whole Nigeria.

I'm beginning to realize that the leadership (or politicians) ain't our problems but us the followers.

With ample of information within our reach, we no nothing to do with it.

We keep blaming the leaders without demanding accountability and bringing them justice whenever they err.

Until people start taking responsibility for their actions and inactions, Nigeria will keep going in circles. The country will definitely keep being a JOKE.

There's really a long way to go before we get it right in this country.

After allocating this insane amount of money to themselves, they will still loot the little they left

This is factual data showing why the best state governance and administration is in the South West Nigeria geopolitical zone. 4 of the 6 South West states spend far less than 50% of their IGR on state house budgets. This is in stark contrast to most of the other zones.

It's an indication on why South West Nigeria is the best place to invest as returns earned from the taxes you pay is more likely to translate into good governance, provision of human and infrastructural development.

Invest in South West Nigeria today if you want the greatest returns on your investment and enjoy the best investor friendly experience in Africa!
