1. Enyeama is an Akwa Ibom man. Nigeria's most talented players in history have actually been from the Niger Delta, albeit with one or two Igbo Deltans.

2. There are lots of talented footballers in the North. I'm not sure why they don't make it to the big stage but if you watch grassroot football in the north you will see a bunch of naturally gifted players.
