A Social Media user identified as Tosin Raj has found herself in trouble after posting that Oba Elegushi is the real father of Mohbad’s son, Liam.

The lady took to her social media page to saying that the Oba of Elegushi is rumored to be the real father of the child of the late artist, Mohbad.

However, the lady deleted her social media post a few hours after she posted it on her page.

Addressing the issue, a representative from the Elegushi family, Otunba took to his social media page to disclose that the necessary actions have been taken against Tosin Raj over her recent post about the Oba of Elegushi.

There are many criminally defamatory posts that have been posted on NL by trolls and bigots that are far worse than what this young lady posted on X.

Lawyer suing her does not necessarily mean that they want financial compensation after all they are not poor.

The purpose of the suit it to give her maximum inconvenience and force her to spend money which she obviously does not have...I particularly like this strategy because I have noticed that most of the people who delight in spreading fake news about other people are usually very broke dumbos.

Just drag the person from police station to court then back to police station and force him and his/her relatives to spend money

Spreading unconfirmed news which can cause distress to a person or persons is also a punishable offense.

I can also easily say there are unconfirmed rumors that you are a drug dealer and ask what kind of person are you. It might not be true but if you are into some business or deals it might ruin them

Even Mohbad stated in the petition he wrote to the police that if he dies, Oba Elegushi,Naira Marley, and Sam Larry should be held responsible. Elegushi is playing God, he should tell us what he knows about Mohbad's case. In order to put an end to all these negative speculations, Liam DNA must be performed.
