If you have watched that video about the Nigerian police asking the Dutch Biker for money, one thing should struck your mind.
The old police officers who are still constable.

How come we have old police officers who are still constable. At what age did they join the force and how come they have not been promoted to higher rank where their brain and experience will be out to use instead of their brawn.

The FG need to start taking the welfare of the officers a priority. I feel such rank should be only for young guys who are below 40 years, guys who are still agile and strong enough to face criminals, not old men who can't even run a kilometer due to their age.

Our police need serious rebranding.

The country is in shambles. The force glaringly shows it.
