Yes their cell brains are not different but they have better thinking faculty than us. Enabling environment don't just fall from heaven but products of selfless philosophers starting from socrates. While these philosophers were busy questioning the primitive way of living and re-integrated it into well structured modern societies., your African brothers were busy enslaving themselves, keeping all public resources to themselves and their families.

already used in Europe using European-made machines according to the report.

That disease don't just happens . It's caused by negligence and carelessness. It's preventive. Prevention is free, cure is not affordable.
