Basically, no quick get away, no robbery but I disagree. Traffic has always been bad in Lagos. I think the governor is right to say measures put in place are working, but to what extent is what we don’t know.

How many bank or open robbery has been completed successfully in Lagos since 30years. You don’t need to be a genius to know it has something to do with escape routes.
