Such thing should not cause immunity to suddenly be removed... You need to understand the remote cause of events leading to what you are seeing today...that building was bombed by who knows who.. The foundation of that building would have been weakened.. So for public safety, the building need to be renovated or completely demolished. So that is exactly what is happening
