The way Nigerians abuse Pracetamol ehn. People take it in anticipation for potential headache omo. So many damaged liver and kidney

taking paracetamol to treat headache or cold is not abuse. 99% of people will stop taking it once the symptoms subsides. Abusing drugs is very different like people swallowing full sachet of pain killers or tramadol or gulping a full bottle of cough syrup to get 'high'. The young people all over this place where I live drink codeine or whatever they call it as if it's some Malta Guinness.
