He wasn't acting. He clearly had problems with urinary and bowel incontinence. He was also struggling with psychomotor skills. Till this very moment he still says things that are incomprehensible.

He is in much better shape now...and he (and his supporters) should be thankful for that. But if they say his health problems during the campaign were all part of a carefully scripted plot, then let's see how fate reacts to being tempted.
