I can understand it's a crime buying the banks (or anything else for that matter) from ill-gotten wealth.
However what I need clarification for is this: is it ethically or legally wrong to buy a bank in distress if you are the CBN Governor, assuming you plan to follow due process?
Yes, it's wrong. Regulator should not be an Operator

Why did he not resign?
He is very culpable, let's stop making excuses for these selfish politicians.
We were all victims of his bad monetary policies.
The truth is the greedy fellow saw an opportunity to steal from Buhari's Clueless government but didn't know when to stop.

It's so crazy to understand the weird things Emiefiele and his cronies- including Past CBN deputies,in form of Accountants, Bankers, powerful -associations, and Govt influence, did to corner these Banks- thereby thwarting the Masses trust and believe in these banks!
So terribly bad and Shameful!
But God Pass them!

Didn't even bother to read that BS.

When E reach other regions in Nigeria they air their dirties everywhere.

But certain regions have stolen this country blind and yet U ll never read of their stinking dirties or itchy fingers in the dailies or watch on tv.

How far Nigerian airways or the former AG?
Nothing.

It's not about what you think.
It's the reality of the effects of bad economic policies which is still evident in the current state of the nation's economy.
Or do live outside the country?
