Nigerians dupe whites in millions (maybe even billions) of dollars every year. Yet, many of us are able to migrate to their countries because in spite of our poverty and fraud, they hit the streets to protest against anti- immigration laws in their countries.

The west are very different from the Arabs. They poured into the streets in protest against the Zionists who are more related to them. Did they forget the acts of terrorism carried out on their soil by some Arabs?

And don't ever suggest that one has ignored a domestic problem just because he shows concern about the lives of others elsewhere.
All those who have protested in support of Palestine worldwide all have national and personal problems.

What you advocate is not just crass selfishness but also racism.

the truth is that the world don't give prominence to whatever the black world is suffering from, when compared to whatever crisis that emanate from the white haired world. my point is that if these white folks choose to ignore our own existential threats by religious terrorists, why must we choose to be making loud noise over their own self-inflicted crisis, while following the white haired world to ignore our own equal proportion of crisis affecting us ?
as the black folks are making noise about the plights of the twin brothers of the Palestinians and the Israelis, they must equally make a louder noise over the plights of their fellow black race, for a speedy solution to be found, because all human lives matters, not just the lives of the white folks.

Bethlehem falls within the West Bank under Palestinian territory. In view of the ongoing hostilities or war between Israel and Hamas which extend to these territories in some way, in the interest of safety, the best thing is to cancel Christmas celebrations that would cause lots of people to gather in the same area. Secondly, some Palestinian Christians who have lost relatives in Gaza definitely have mixed feelings celebrating under such circumstances.

The decision of Palestinian Christians to not celebrate Christmas does not necessarily validate any claims of genocide neither does it validate any blames on Israel for the war. Even when Davide learnt that Absalom his son, who has tried to overthrow him, was dead, he still felt sad. It is not about the rightness or wrongness of the action. No one can be really happy to celebrate anything when his or her relatives have recently died even if it were by suicide.

Hamas started the war unprovoked by killing innocent children and civilians. Surprisingly or unsurprisingly to some, Palestinians mostly jubilated at the actions of Hamas, which simply meant they supported it. Some of them including their children even looted and hunted Israelis during the attacks by Hamas. So whatever they are getting, no matter how painful it is, was indirectly facilitated by their actions and support.
