Have you seen houses being advertised at 600 million in Lekki . Some of us in the industry know it is not that price but people are free to put any value they want on their product . If they don’t see market , they will reduce it themselves .

It all depends on the specs of the plane. That is, the modifications that have been made to the plane after its purchase which will determine its current configuration and hence, value.
I've seen people advertise a 50 million naira car for 250 million naira.
Every advertisement has its content which is dictated by the client.
As long as it does not promote violence or illegality, nothing busted here.
