There's is this land Mr A bought more than 10years ago with the necessary documents apart from the C of O...and Mr A has built his house on this same land that same time..10years later , he wants to do C of O cos of some land Tussles and the likes, he discovered that the Land Has a C Of O registered with another person's Name because the Original owner of the Land sold it to someone before and the person paid and left it like that for more than 5 years and the Thief of a man resold it again to Mr A....il


Please if paraventure the Man whose name is on the C of O returns and want to claim ownership of the Land will their be any Law to stop him or since his name is on the C.OF.O Mr A has no option than to vacate his own House with nothing..

PS: Nobody knows the Man whose name is on the C.Of .O... but from findings the Man leaves abroad and has been living there for more than 20years now..

No way my brother... The only way is to reach a resolution with the man or be prepaid for a long court case which you will most likely lose
