People should recall that Titan Bank, unlike others, was about the only bank that had access to the new notes during the Emefiele shenanigans, so I believe there are some iotas of truth in the allegations levelled against the bank.

This issue should not affect depositors. They should allow depositors to withdraw their funds from both banks while they continue their investigation.
