SharingIsLife: Many of these words are not called twice. They are one single word. Fufu, juju, dodo, bobo are pronounced as disyllabic words. As for some of the other words like tom tom, they are not peculiar to Nigerians. Tom tom is called tom tom the world over. There is a type of drum called tom drum or tom tom drum which originated from Asia. Tom Tom is also a brand of menthol flavored candy. Bumbum is not a Nigerian word.
