A Hypocrite’s point of view, why do the states of the federation get allocated security votes money every month, is it for the executive arm of the state to use to play Naira bet?

Go and read the constitution properly, even the eastern states created a failed force because of their lack of good governance, states house of Assemblies are allowed to create security forces for their respective states, the actions of those forces are subject to the Nigerian police which is responsible for internal security, which is a creation of the National Assembly.

As you are aware a state law, is subject to federal law, you people are just to lazy minded, that is why you always need a scape goat to blame for your own shortcomings.

Keep doing the same thing & waiting for a different result, be waiting for the president in Abuja, you waited under Jonathan, Buhari, keep waiting under Tinubu.
