Continuity, that's d good thing about Lagos. Where he stops, the next Governor continues. One person cant do EVERYTHING, development is always continuous.

Why? I think its best practice to start what you can complete...thats why we have thousands of abandoned projects. Do the calculations and put enough people on the site. Skyscrapers can be built in less than 2 years...all these projects can be done within 4yrs if you use multiple contractors and plan it well. The longer it takes, the more expensive or unpredictable it gets. See Wike, he completed all and let Fubara commission some of them.

My humble submission is that Lagos State House of Assembly should pass a law that'll make instant death the penalty for anyone or group of people caught destroying State properties. We must learn from the EndSars destructions and never allow such repeat itself in Lagos.

People like Chinasa caught burning BRT terminal in Lagos should have been summarily executed on the spot instead of sending them to kirikiri. Capital punishment of death should be the penalty for anyone caught destroying State properties in Lagos be it Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Ijaw, Efik or whoever.

is it that your sense is missing? i am correcting you initial statement that you said it is the responsibility of property owners to erect it, and i said it is the responsibility of the state to provide pipe borne water. Bros even you cannot believe the words you just typed, let alone someone who was born and brought up in Lagos. The only places now that you can see pipe borne water, are Lekki Phase 1(some parts), Ikoyi, some part of Ikeja, even Surulere the pipes are dry. Haaa fear God when you want to lie.
