Like alake said 163000 people benefited from the 50% transport thing, I still did not see 1 person that attest to that fact cos I traveled myself..
Same thing with this 25k cash transfer, I don't know maybe the likes of TemplarLandry, LeoDeKing, , NLPoliceWoman etc got but till now, I still didn't see or hear that any poor people or person got the cash...
Me am not expecting cos am not poor neither am I rich but God is sufficient..

They should forget about these poverty alleviation of their that will not get to the real people in need but,in the deep pockets of some people. These monies can be utilised on one project or the other rather than wasting them.

Sadiya Farouq,former minister for Humanitarian Services and Disaster Management did alot of havoc to social investment programme under Buhari administration through mismanagement of funds and poor implementation of programme.Beta Edu must be under close watch.The government's insecurity with implementation of poverty alleviation programmes is one the reasons for the rising poverty in Nigeria.
