Niger state is ten times the whole of SE and an LG is fifty times the size of Abia state. Man with a thin skull. What has this post got to do with SE and Abia state. 2015 general election can't be divorced from the general insecurity in the country today. The stones you throw into the market square may fall on your brother or someone close to you. What about the #200billion naira demanded by the Myetti Allah to pay the terrorists and bandits. Who received the money and why has terrorism and banditry continue unabated in the North. Niger state produced two former heads of state and senior military officers both serving and retired. Does it mean they can't collaborate with government and security agencies to tackle these security challenges in their state. The size of Niger state suddenly tripled after the 2015 elections? He who gathers termite infested firewood invites the lizard to come and feast.Instead of you to face the fact you're here to lecture us on the size of Niger state in contrast to the SE. That's interesting. YOU go explain tire.
PressMyButton:
Niger state is the biggest state in Nigeria, it is three times the size of the whole SE, a LG is almost the size of Abia state. The terrain of the North is as complex as the creeks in the Nigerdelta. The size of the north with its porous borders makes it extremely difficult in comparison to the number of soldiers per sq km. I suggest a more robust grassroot synergy, a strong determination by both traditional and religious leaders in the fight against banditary. The defence HQ should also scale up the use of drones and advanced tech inorder to bridge any lapses. If you think the Army ain't doing enough, let's withdraw the troops for 48 hours and see if you'd sleep in your house talking trash behind your keyboard.

Northern Nigeria is gone

If your governments have a little regard for the lives of Nigerians, by now what should be on everyone's lip, the president and law makers, is passing the bill for the creation of State and local govt police. These local security forces are long overdue for Nigeria at the moment. We need to localize our security structures in order to bring them closer to the local people who actually need them most. But just watch them politicize everything soon.

Unless our leaders work together and shun political differences, they're coming down south soon. We share borders with them. Remember the owo church attack? May God grant Aketi eternal rest. He really played a great role in the formation of amotekun, at a time tinubu kicked against it cos of his political ambition. The situation would have been worse today.
In 2022, they killed a known person to my dr friend, a water resource engineer who was coming from shiroro dam after inspection to site. The boko haram terrorists nicknamed bandits or militia men killed everyone on the Toyota bus that conveyed them. They ambushed them and killed all of them. My dr friend cried for days. A lot is happening in that zone which the federal government isn't telling us cos everyone fit run away, including foreigners. We're facing a serious war in the land.

Niger governor being in the midst of middle belt meeting held in Jos recently was quite strange. In the past, dem no dey show concern. It sends a strong message...

If care is not taking, it will come to the South, what goes around, comes around. Already some markets in Lagos, touts will force you to pay a levi before you are allowed to go with the goods you bought. Most places in Lagos, if you're moving out from your house to a new house, touts will force you to pay before allowing your vehicle move, even if you're convehing your property in a wheelbarrow you must still pay.

MACBAN IS WICKEDLY POWERFUL.
MACBAN IS THE PROBLEM AND THE HAMAS IN NIGER, PLATEAU, BENUE AND KADUNA STATES.

POINT OF CORRECTION:

There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association (MACBAN) and Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore.

Kautal Hore is the terrorist organization and it is headed by Bello Bodejo. It was founded during Buhari's wicked administration .

MACBAN, on the other hand, was formed some four (4) decades ago.

The two (2) organizations are totally different.

Do some research.

It's high time we stop this attitude of 'it's not of my business'. It's our collective problem because these levies will surely reflect on all d farm produce shipped to other states most especially the states in d west. Govt should look into this man-made problem and nip it in d bud before it becomes too late.

Please, my Igbo people, stop commenting on other tribe's family affairs. Remember that no tribe in this country ever support or ask for justice when we had internal conflict; they always either laugh at us or condemn us and praise the group or person's battling us. And they also always take offense whenever we decry or ask for justice in their own internal conflicts. Learn how to live in Nigeria and see how you will enjoy peace of mind. Happy new year.
