A company Along Lagos Ibadan Expressway is recruiting for the post of Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking events, and other marketing initiatives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for improving the company's products and services.
6. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using our CRM system.
7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our products and services and generate leads.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
9. Work closely with other departments such as product development, operations, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their needs.
10. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or product line.
3. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
4. Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for improving sales strategies and processes.
9. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic industry environment.
