He has been touched already. News of EFCC raid on his headquarters and the allegations seeping out about the reason for the raid is tarnishing his reputation. What more evidence of touching do you want.

The idea that there is anybody in Nigeria that the Federal Government cannot 'touch' is funny.

If EFCC has good reason to believe he committed an offence, they will invite him for interrogation. If he refuses to turn up (he won't try it), he will be declared wanted and if found, arrested. Nothing will happen. Nigerians will go about their normal business.

I suspect Mr Dangote will be having sleepless night now, and calling some influential people to help him intervene for a soft landing.

Federal might is not to be sniffed at.

Dangote came open and clear that it is not possible for him alone to build a $19 billion refinery without government coming to help .. Dangote groups does not export anything large enough to generate USD...their revenues are largely in naira and the currency of every African nation they operate in..

Emifiele obviously maid the doors to reserves so easy definitely in exchange for bribe .. if Dangote succumbed to it would you blaim him...Do you know the wickedness of the average civil servant in Nigeria?..

You are somewhat right but you failed to tell us what befell Nigerians as every companies have to source for FOREX at the black market making the cost of goods and services to sky rocket since FOREX is not available at the Banks.
I want you fact check. The refinery was built with funds raised by both Govt and Nigeria Banks. The banks are now owing CBN ₦17 Trillion. Then where does just 3 banks in Nigeria get a total of about ₦360 billion in profit after tax if they truly had such debt hanging over their necks

Obasanjo had already completed paper works for Dangote to take over Ph refinery and Otedola will take over warri refinery..before yar adua reversed it..ask yourself why...to whose benefit..if those refineries were in Dangote's hands... A drop of fuel will never pass through our ports..

Yar adua didn't think it through..he reversed it and still left the refinery to rot... GEJ who is naturally sluggish left it as well...so Dangote built one that can handle the demands of Nigeria plus 6 other African countries...so he own is government own a threat to him?
