EFCC Operatives Conduct Search At Dangote Head Office Over FX Transactions by treesun: 3:55pm On Jan 04

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) are currently at the Lagos head office of the Dangote Group, TheCable understands.

They are conducting a search on forex allocations to the company during the tenure of Godwin Emefiele as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Dele Oyewale, the EFCC spokesman, declined comments when contacted by TheCable.

However, a Dangote employee confirmed to TheCable that the operatives are at the head office.

“They asked for documents on forex transactions with the CBN,” the employee said.

It is not Asiwaju Tinubu's call, it is likely the fallout of the Obazee report on forensic investigation of CBN and subsequent indictment of Mr Emefiele.

Don't be surprised that one phone call from Tinubu will end the investigation.

Bankers and big business men like Dangote are the most corrupt people on the planet. Bankers get forex allocations from CBN but divert same to aboki at the black market, only to be telling customers that their is no dollar.

Many bankers and bank managers became billionaires using this method.

What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul? Repent now if you are a corrupt banker or business man/woman. Jesus loves you.
