There is a process in place to impeach the Governor, the assembly was going through the process when he decided to set the assembly on fire and finally had it demolished. It's not up to the Governor to ask them for reasons, it's up to the Assembly to follow the laid down process of impeachment.
All in all, people like you will soon come and cry that democracy is dead when another Governor with whom you don't agree tries the same tactic to prevent impeachment in the future.
