vanitybutiwanti: BMH was not dilapidated under Amaechi. Wike literally just painted the building too and bought some equipment. Kelsey Harrison Hospital and mother and child hospital are Amaechi projects. Wike was so poor in healthcare that you listed two of Amaechi hospitals as his. LGA Chairmen working on healthcare centres is not a State Government project. Do you see how pathetic Wike was in healthcare? Ameachi built those healthcare centres from the ground up. Please, don't ever compare a failure of a Governor like Wike to Amaechi. They are not mates. Tell us about Wike's agricultural project, if he is not a serial failure. |

TheGoodJoe:All in your bid to defend Amaechi you spewed lies, BMH was dilapidated and wike upgraded and lumped it to UST, Amaechi knows nothing about governance, LGA Chairmen gets allocation every month. Is it not their responsibility to ensure that primary schools, primary health centers and markets are in good shape? In 8 years Amaechi could not complete one secondary health center which was his responsibility You talk about Agriculture, wike is not a fhool and he rightly privatised and sold the farms to private investors for efficiency with the Rivers state government retaining a stake in the farms, maybe you want him to spoon feed you, go and hustle and stop crying on the Internet. He did his best 1 Like |

Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by TheGoodJoe(m): 10:15am On Jan 05 |
vanitybutiwanti: Hilarious. Those health centers became a responsibility of Amaechi because of the high death rate in hospitals we were dealing with. Amaechi got large supplies of PPE, and provided free medicare for pregnant mothers in crisis. We even had free healthcare for emergency cases. Wike sold farms because he had no capability of managing agriculture or fighting poverty. He cannot work towards zero hunger. You are talking secondary health care and Wike ran around painting Amaechi Hospitals to save his failing shame. Wike was collecting all the money and now using the money for the masses is now spoon-feeding. While Amaechi was doing it, was he spoon-feeding? I guess our allocation is for 40-year-old whiskey. Wike failed woefully. |
Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by vanitybutiwanti: 10:25am On Jan 05 |
TheGoodJoe:now that LGA Chairmen are in charge are pregnant women still dying? Amaechi was a filled leader, he couldn't whip his LGA Chairmen to line like wike a leader of men. You'll always come up with inane reasons to defend a failure It has been proven times without number that government establishment are not for profit and most times they are destined for failure, the farms were privatised and people are making money and working the farms, Rivers state Government gets dividends from those farms efficiently ran by private sector players, to people like you everything is politics and we vs them, you know the truth but you choose to wallow in ignorance because of you preconceived opinion driven by bias and sentiments Wike built and equipped secondary health care centers and you come on the Internet to lie that he just painted the building, same wike that singlehandedly establish a faculty of nursing with all the paraphernalia and equipment in the state owned university while Amaechi doled out our scarce forex to sponsor individuals abroad to study courses like philosophy and English, does it make sense to you? Same wike that sponsored 500 Rivers indigenes yearly in the first private medical university in the state, the gesture was so good, the current governor decided to consolidate and continue with it. Keep supporting a failure like Amaechi that didn't know how to set his priorities right. |

vanitybutiwanti: Just see the joke. Amaechi sponsored 2,000 Rivers youths overseas on scholarship, you are here praising a failing Governor for a local university in the name of scholarship. Just imagine comparing Amaechi who sent 2,000 overseas, to Wike who sent 500 to a local university. LOL> |
Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by vanitybutiwanti: 1:21pm On Jan 05 |
TheGoodJoe:500 yearly to study medical related courses throughout his tenure and sim is also replicating that gesture, because of your blind hatred, you can't see that it doesn't make economic sense to spend scarce fx to send people abroad to study courses like philosophy and English language, money that could be spent to upgrade state owned university. Wike gave out scholarships for a critical discipline, he set up a school of medicine In the state owned university, increased lecturers salaries and pulled them out of ASUU, today in Nigeria Rivers state university lecturers are one of the highest paid, Amaechi did zero in that regard |

Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by TheGoodJoe(m): 2:04pm On Jan 05 |
vanitybutiwanti: LOL. 500 local medical courses = Wike 2,000 foreign training = Amaechi. It is easy to see who trumps. Wike = Agricultural failure, poverty alleviation failure, poor educational scheme, painting Amaechi's structure and commissioning it, tarring road with pot holes and commissioning it Joke Government. No promotion of Civil servants. No civil servants employment. Chopping Covid-19 cash from companies and said he will make the list of donors public but never did. Budget, never made public. Suspending cabinets for months and then bringing them back. Chairman Joke. Building market and locking it. Construct flyover and lock it. Turned Rivers people to use wheelbarrows as a drop.

TheGoodJoe:All you wrote here are lies and half truth, in my experience on the Internet when people Start using emoji in their post then deep down they know they have lost an argument. 500 students multiplied by 7 is 3500 persons, to People like you a Nigerian governor should neglect state owned universities for foreign universities. Now Amaechi I a Saint, same man that sold $400m Rivers state government gas turbine without remitting the proceeds to government account, stole state owned private jet, sold olympia hotel, illegally withdrew over 50b from the state investment account at the end of his tenure, employed 13k teachers a month to the end of his tenure to increase the wage bill and hamper Rivers state government development, spent 50b on a 1.1km monorail elephant project, to people you roads and pot holes should not be fixed because of your hatred for an individual, hospitals should not be maintained and upgraded. Wike built fruit garden in dline and Mile one market, fruit garden is fully functional, mile one market was closed because the original owners took the state government to court for allotment purpose, a new governor is in charge and up till now, that market is still closed because of the court cases. You want wike to employ the whole state in the civil service when he did not sack the 13k employed by Amaechi at the end of his tenure, to lazy people like you everybody should work in the civil service, maybe we should make you governor tomorrow so that you will employ 1 million individuals in the state civil service |

DeZoro:Nigerians are capable, but corruption and use of substandard products while claiming it's the best quality (to make more profit). Foreigners are also corrupt, but they'll deliver the best because they can't escape it if they mess up. When you're dealing with Nigerians, you're dealing with superhumans with too many strategies to run you and the government street. A Nigerian contractor will mess up and his Godfather who has a bigger Godfather will save him and the case will die. Even if you take him to court, you'll end up realizing the judge is his Godfather's boy. Case closed. If you appeal, they'll use spiritual power to quench it like it's nothing. |

vanitybutiwanti: The part of the market Wike built in mile 1 is not operational. No one said everyone should work in civil service but employ some people. Not all. If it was so irrelevant, Wike would not have lied he was carrying out a recruitment exercise for Civil servants and did not employ one. Part of the fruit garden is still locked. It is Wike that will call recruitment increasing wage bill. While Amaechi kept recruiting in his time. There is nothing like multiplied by 7 Wike sponsored 500 students in Rivers State. Amaechi sponsored 2,000 students overseas. Las las, Wike failed in employment, agriculture, poverty allevation, education, healthcare etc. Finito. It is hard to defend failure. |
Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by vanitybutiwanti: 3:07pm On Jan 05 |
TheGoodJoe:people are being employed everyday in the civil service, in Nigeria after lagos , delta, the next state on the list with the highest number of state civil servant is Rivers state, before wike left, he employed a lot of persons, your new found lord and personal saviour fubara sacked all of them, just imagine if wike had sacked the 13k employed by Amaechi in less than a month to the end of his tenure. Fruit garden has been handed to traders and there is no litigation in court like The mile 1 market case. Every tear, throughout his tenure, wike gave out scholarship to 500 individuals to study medical related courses the first medical private university in the state, and there is even a clause that when they graduate, they have to work for the state for a couple of years before going abroad or taking up employment in other establishment, to short sighted individuals like you, that's a bad thing especially at a time when the country is loosing doctors and nurses to countries abroad. |

Re: Wike Inspects Ongoing Projects In Abuja (Pictures) by TheGoodJoe(m): 3:29pm On Jan 05 |
vanitybutiwanti: Part of fruit garden was locked since Wike completed it until he left office. You can not change the truth. Same Wike that owed teachers for five years. Same Wike that never made his budget public. You can compare sending people to Pamo to sending people overseas. That is a plain fact you can't bend. |

TheGoodJoe:Fruit garden is open and functioning, you want to blame wike again because part of it is locked according to you? Mile one market is locked because of the subsisting Court cases Wike never owed anybody salary, stop coming to the Internet to lie, you're saying people worked for 5 years without salaries in Rivers state, Mr man why are you lying? There is an active Rivers state teachers thread on nairaland here, please stop misinformation the public Rivers state budget has never been hidden, a simple Google search will throw up wikes budget, matter of fact wike is the only governor that published annual financial reports, you can also do a search on it, on the report, you can see where the money is coming from and what the money is spent on, you call also see the amount of dividends paid to the state government by zenith, information, access bank, ellah lakes, rivsopalm and a host of other companies both quoted and unquoted on the Nigerian stock exchange. Your Lord and saviour Amaechi never published those documents for public perusal, you guys just talk about things you know nothing about, a simple Google search will cure your hate filled induced ignorance |

vanitybutiwanti: Teachers protest in Rivers over non-payment of salaries for five years Primary and secondary teachers of the Rivers State-owned Demonstration Schools Wednesday, occupied the entrance of the state government house in Port Harcourt in protest against the failure of the state government to pay their salaries for five years. The teachers and former students of the Demonstration Schools staged the protest in collaboration with the Rivers State Civil Society Organization, which had been in the forefront of their agitation. The teachers want the state Governor, Nyesom Wike to obey court judgements from the National Industrial Court and the Court of Appeal directing him to pay the teachers the monies due to them. https://dailypost.ng/2021/04/21/teachers-protest-in-rivers-over-non-payment-of-salaries-for-five-years/ The Hitler of Obio Akpor. |
