The department is a replica of SARS, it's called Anti-Vice in States Command Headquarters. It is the department involved in arresting Yahoo guys and searching phones. A criminal department. They helped me recover business capital swindled by Yahoo boys. But na chop I chop formula, if you play ball, they score for you.
